Design Notes

The sequence is modified with restriction sites for position 5 in a 7-fragment Type IIs assembly with Bbs1. The start codon ATG is also removed. The sequences codons have been harmonised for optimal translation in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 (changed codons: 164, GC-change 56.6 to 51.3%). The part has been checked for illegal restriction sites (Bsa1 and Sap1).
